By downloading, accessing, or using Pika Labs (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use the App.
Pika Labs lets you upload photos and use AI models to generate new images and videos based on them, using credits you hold or purchase. Available templates, models, and pricing may change at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Pika Labs. If you are under 18, you may only use the App with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, including for any purchases.
You retain ownership of any photo or content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Vidjar a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, process, transmit, and display that content — including sending it to third-party AI providers — solely to provide the generation you requested and to operate the App (e.g., showing results in your library).
You also retain ownership of content generated for you, subject to the underlying AI providers' own terms and to the rights of any third party depicted in your uploaded photo.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload and generate. By using Pika Labs, you represent and agree that:
We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this section, and may report unlawful content (including content involving minors) to the relevant authorities.
Generated images and videos are produced by AI models and are approximations, not guaranteed reproductions of reality. Results may vary, contain artifacts, or not match your expectations. Pika Labs is provided "as is," and generated content should not be relied on as factual or authoritative.
Credits and subscriptions are purchased through Apple's in-app purchase system and governed by Apple's own terms in addition to these Terms. Credits are consumed when you generate content and, except where required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy, are non-refundable. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; manage or cancel a subscription through your device's App Store settings.
Pika Labs, its branding, and its underlying software are owned by Vidjar and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you've violated these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vidjar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify and hold Vidjar harmless from any claim arising from your content, your use of the App, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION — e.g. the State of Delaware, USA], without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
